MIX FM Opens AcadeMIX

The new school year is just around the corner. As a treat for all the incoming pupils of SY 2009-2010, MIX FM opens AcadeMIX--the back-to-school event. Just like the Labor Month Treat, lucky students shall listen to the PHRASE THAT PAYS daily and say it on the air. When they got it right, they will get premium school items from MIX FM for free! The second part of the talent show recognizing Davao bands, solo artists and groups was a big blast. Held at Taboan MTS, May 15, 2009, viewers of MIX FM Sikat! 2 enjoyed watching the performances of Charles Fournier, poetry readers from University of the Philippines, 08s2Much, Enzo Villegas Band, Angel 01, Cri-C, Strawberry Fields, Mark Ibanez, Diversion, Walnut Avenue, Alternative Groove and the fashionable collection of Emi Alexander Englis and Philippine Women's College (PWC) of Davao's Fashion Program. Once again, kudos to all the talented Davaoenos and watch out for more events!
